How is the rental process?
Is pretty easy, each person who is 18 year old must bring a valid identification card issue by the government, examples are driver license, passport, international driver license or identification card, the identification cards must remain on hold in our safe until the rental process ends, before you go you must pay for the desire rental time and if there’s any extra charges we will collect them ad the ends of your ride.
How can I try Electric Bike?
Yes, you can ride Joyor in the rain with the general slippery road precautions. Do not ride or place the scooter anywhere with a water level higher then 5cm, in order to avoid potential damage of the battery and other parts, Electric scooter models with big 10″ wheels X and Y are more stable on the slippery roads than electric scooter models with smaller wheels H1, A and series. You can check other Joyor electric scooter safety instructions in the User Manual.
How long is the Electric battery life?
Most all the units come with a screen which shows you the battery life time, the ratius is variable depending each unit but come to the shop and we will find the best unit for your need.
Where can i use the electric bike rental?
Rentals must be ridden only at the bike path, please do not ride them on the boardwalk, there’s restrictions by the goverment and you may get fine. Avoid the sand and the water. Theres a map that describes clearly the bike path in the next link:
